Refund and Return Policy for Kribblee

At Kribblee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in new, unused condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories included with the product.
3. Return Timeframe
You must inform us within 3 business days from the date of receiving the product if you wish to initiate a return or refund. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable) of the product.
- Ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

The following items are non returnable and non refundable:

- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "final sale" or non returnable at the time of purchase
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received, we will ship the exchanged product to you, provided the item is in stock.
